The contents of this CD-ROM contains the proceedings in electronic form. 
This README file contains the information you will need to access the electronic 
guide START.PDF, located on the root directory. This guide acts as the main menu 
by providing the hypertext links to view, navigate, search, download, and print 
all data on the disk.

This CD-ROM is a "hybrid" disc in ISO 9660 format.  The hybrid structure
allows PC. Macintosh, and UNIX users to share the same directory structure 
and access common files.

In order to access the documents Acrobat Reader/Search By Adobe Inc. 
is required. The version 5 of this Reader/Search software is 
included for your convenience, which can be run on several platforms. 
Specific instructions for installation in each of the above platforms is
included in the INSTALL.TXT file and in the corresponding platform directory.

You may also download the latest version of this software using a Web-browser 
from Adobes web site at http://www.adobe.com

Make sure you install the Acrobat Reader with Search if you down load from
the website. Search routine helps to locate any paper based on a keyword
of your choice. The papers containing the keyword can be accessed.

After installation opening the "START.PDF" file will enable access to 
all the documents. This is self explanatory and all documents can be
accessed by links or by searching. There is a tutorial 
on using acrobat software included in the CD-ROM Help file.
