The definition of the RGA involves the transpose. That is,
for a complex matrix one should NOT take the conjugate.
The MATLAB command
RGA = G. *pinv(G.')
is therefore correct also when G is a complex matrix.
(Note that with MATLAB, G' denotes the complex conjugate transpose (G^H),
whereas G.' denotes the transpose (G^T).
