Session 649 - Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning
This Session will examine issues associated with organizational learning and knowledge management. Of particular interest will be organizational learning and knowledge management in a global economy, where information must flow across geographical and cultural boundaries. We will also focus on how knowledge management can facilitate the recognition, communication and adoption of best management practices in operating companies. Tools and techniques for effective knowledge transfer and retention will be explored under various organizational requirements.
