Abstract

In this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions for the parameter insensitive disturbance-rejection problem with state feedback for uncertain linear systems to be solvable which was pointed out as an open problem by Bhattacharyya are proved by using relationship between generalized invariant subspaces and simultaneously invariant subspaces. Further, the problem with static output feedback is also investigated.
